I spend an entire holiday season eating nothing but crap and not moving, and I gain three pounds. Okay, fine. I understand how that works.

I spend the last week eating well (or generally well), going to karate, doing a lot of walking... and I gain three pounds. WTF???

Body, I just don't understand you anymore!

Yup. Every day (when I remember), early morning, after the call of nature but before breakfast.
