My body doesn't listen

Right. So I'm not nervous, but apparently my body doesn't know that. It actually woke me up at 7:10, 20 minutes before my alarm went off, and now I'm wide-awake.

Ah well. Nothing for it, I suppose. I'll add the captions to the diagrams for my papers and go get breakfast.

Oh, by the way, I've got over 100 pictures from the Easter party at the House of Cheese yesterday. If anyone wants copies, let me know and I'll burn you a CD.

Free at last, free at last!

Today, I handed in my last paper and took the M.A. Latin exam. I officially have nothing else to do to get my degree. Yay!

In terms of the exam: I found the first two passages pretty straightforward, the third a bit tricky, and the fourth obnoxiously hard. Going over it afterwards with Eileen (who has now joined the darkside of the blogosphere as my_tw0_cents), I've decided that other than some stupid mistakes, either we both got it right, or we got it wrong in the same way. Hopefully, that's good enough for a pass.

Regardless, I won't know the results until next week. Could people in Toronto check my results for me? I'll be back in Montreal by the time they come out. My number is M16 (make what snarky comments you like).

Speaking of going away: an important announcement! This Friday, the 21st of April, at 9 pm, I will be having my Going Away Party. Come join me at the Duke of York for a final drink with the CMS hobbit! If you can read this and in Toronto, you're invited!

And now I have nothing to do for almost a week. The plan for tonight is: 1. Go to the World's Biggest Bookstore; 2. Buy George R.R. Martin's Game of Thones; 3. Go to Massey; 4. Read; 5. Repeat step 4.
