1. The decline of Western thought (picture) -- very clever. Like the Liberal Arts College condensed into one picture.
2. Exploring the frontiers of happiness (TED talk by Dan Gilbert) -- I realized enjoyed this TED talk, about some misconceptions many people have about happiness. I admit, I fell into just about every trap he presented.
3. The Job (3-minute video) -- think the economy's bad now? Check out this video to see where it might go. A funny twist on an old concept.
4. Sharpen your sense of smell and taste -- this list doesn't have the most important thing (have God take away your severe cat allergies), but it's not bad, for all that.
5. Immigration by the numbers (13-minute video) -- presenting the somewhat scary implications of where the current US immigration policy has led and is leading.
6. Unbelievable paper toy transformer (1-minute video) -- I need to make one of these things. I need to make one of these things a lot.
7. Help! My girlfriend is a vegetarian! -- I'm not a vegetarian, nor am I planning to become one, but this is an insightful and clever article nonetheless. (@ Carrie and Danielle)
