23 hours

I lasted just over 23 hours before I absolutely had to eat something. It wasn't so much hunger as fatigue and my body telling me, "you're really being stupid."

So I had some juice and a cookie, and I'll wait until up fasten at Marc's aunts before I have anything else. Already, I'm feeling much better.

Next time, just grab a SALT-FREE cracker and a glass of water. Cookies have sugar which will give you a quick high and dump you lower.
