I started in on the one hundred pushups training program yesterday. Apparently, doing 41 pushups gives me delayed onset muscle soreness. Who'd a thunk it?
Hopefully it gets better by tomorrow, when I do day #2 of the training program!
Wow! I looked at that website the first time you posted it, thinking about trying it out myself. I can't even do one! Seriously, it's pathetic. I've been doing wall push-ups every now and again, and I just joined a gym so maybe I'll build up to one and then reconsider the program.
