Choking is not fun. Like, really not fun. At least I knew enough to remember that if I was still coughing, that was a good sign and I shouldn't panic (too much).

Yay, hugs! I'm all better now, truly, but for a while I had this lingering cough, as though my body thought there was still something lodged somewhere it needed to dislodge. Most unpleasant.

By the way, you free to get together at any point this week or next weekend?

Indeed: yay! I'm going to try to make it to karate on Monday and Wednesday, but I should be free Thursday evening. As you said, we'll see how the unpacking goes.
