So much for having functioning legs...

This is the third week of my attending the advanced class at our dojo (open to anyone green belt or higher). For the last two weeks, my legs had so much delayed onset soreness, they were hurting well into Thursday when I did my second class of the week.
This week, I figured, "you know, I'm sort-of getting used to this. I bet I won't be sore on Thursday."
Note to self: never, never tempt the gods this way.
In addition to the brutal warm-up (that I'm slowly getting accustomed to), we did jump-kicks. For the whole class. 65 jump kicks with each leg. That's a lot of jump kicks.
My poor little legs. It looks like you will, in fact, be sore on Thursday. Sorry 'bout that.
