eveglassMy shift at Dawson is Thursdays, from 11 to 3. Usually I wake up around 7 (ish) and leave the house around 10. Today I woke up, looked at my clock, and was shocked to find it read 10:06. Remember that I leave the house at 10.
It is a credit to my own abilities that I was dressed, bag packed, breakfast in hand (a bagel and a banana), and out the door in six minutes. And, in spite of everything, I still made it to Dawson 20 minutes before the start of my shift.
I've got a stiff back and a blocked nose, but otherwise I'm none the worse for wear. Now to relax before my 1 pm appointment. Until then, I've just got drop-ins.
