Today's essay on Daily Breadcrumbs discusses the incident of the golden calf.

After a rousing night of roleplaying yesterday, I wound up oversleeping by about two hours this morning. I didn't mean to, but the snooze button was right there (well, across the room, but regardless...), and I don't need to leave the house until 11:30 this morning. So what if I have phone calls to make? They won't take long, right? Right?!?

Ah, the joys of rationalizaton. I suppose I should get ready for class now.

I've been meaning to ask you: do you know much about Medieval Judaism? I'm looking for evidence of an antichrist -type figure or belief and am having a heck of a problem.
