Heave ho, and away we go

Today's essay in Daily Breadcrumbs is about God's bargain with Abraham over the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah. Please note that Daily Breadcrumbs is now on hiatus until mid-November.
Yesterday was fun but generally unremarkable. I watched five or six epsiodes of Scrubs with Ian, Marc, and Sam; utterly failed to find tokens for the event this weekend (I wanted rings or beads to give out to exceptional performers); did karate, in which we did yet more wrist-breaking moves; and packed for the event.
So, as soon as I do the last bit of packing and get everything into my car, I'm hitting the road. I'm going west of Toronto, and I'd like to pass through Toronto proper before rush hour gets too bad. So I want to leave here by no later than 9 am. I won't be checking my email until Monday, probably, but feel free to leave me messages and I'll get back to you then.
Cheers! See you on the flip side!
