Line of the night

eveglassI forgot to add the line / exchange of the night from yesterday's session.
So, it's after the game. Glothram's player is telling the GM about his Cunning Plan (tm) to avoid Ideld's enchanting gaze by fighting her facing into a mirror, with the mirror in one hand and his holy bastard sword Exordius in the other.
GM: "Did you miss the part where she speaks one word and anything you're holding shatters?"
Glothram's player: "Not if it's a holy weapon of vengeance!"
GM: "What if it's a mirror?"
Glothram's player: "Shit. ... What if it's made of metal?"
GM: "Like your dagger that she exploded?"
Glothram's player: "Shit!"
Okay, maybe it was a "had to be there" thing. But it was damned funny at the time.
