Today's breadcrumb is about playing favourites with your children.

Sunrise was at 7:24 today. That means my 7:00 alarm went off in the dark. I hate waking up in the dark. In all fairness, I didn't so much "wake up" as roll over and press the snooze button for an hour. Sometimes working only 7 hours a week has advantages like that. On the other hand, it lacks the somewhat significant advantage of "lots of money."

Last night, I played one of Ian's Game of Thrones game. It was a short game, because we spend the first hour and a half leveling up (yay!). But, in the end, it was fun. Watching Sam play a stoned guy was utterly hilarious.

I must be getting better at this ESL stuff, or at least more used to it. It no longer bothers me that I have to teach in four hours and still have no lesson plan prepared. I know that it generally takes no more than 1-1.5 hours to make one. In fact, I've got today's lesson half-ready, because I didn't finish the stuff I did last week.

So. Plans for this week:
- Today: gaming (Ian and Yan's LARP -- Hatters, 6 pm)
- Tomorrow: maybe tutoring; karate; SCA (I hope)
- Wednesday: Ian's other Game of Thrones game
- Thursday: karate
- Friday: free so far
- Saturday: Channukah party
- Sunday: Chiara's last bardic

It must be holiday season. TTFN, all! I've got to plan some lessons!
