More UofT obnoxiousness

I just got off the phone with the secretary for the Centre for Medieval Studies at UofT. She says my application package is compete EXCEPT she doesn't have either of my reference letters. Given that one of them was sent in November (!), this is most obnoxious. I'm going to try to get my profs to send another copy, this time via registered mail (with me footing the bill, of course).

Sigh. At least I found out now and not after the deadline past (Jan. 20).
