If you can, get one of those filters that's meant to be a single serve over a coffee cup. Keeps the coffee residue out of the flavor.
Then, put in an appropriate filter & pour some heavy cream in. Let it sit in the fridge for a while -- an hour or two. You may need to stir a little to move the cream so the whey can escape.
