Okay, that was freaky

eveglassFor the second day in the last three, I've woken up out of sleep with an extremely disturbing dream still in my head. In fact, this morning I woke up because it was so disturbing.
Long story short, I was strung up in a cabin in the woods with a psychotic boyfriend / ex-boyfrend (something like that), who looked vaguely like the Joker from Batman before he put on his makeup. As the dream progressed, he got progressively more crazy, until he decided that to prove I was still loyal to him he would cut off my fingers and toes, one by one.
I struggled, I pleaded, I screamed. Nothing helped. He put my foot on a cutting board over a bucket, and I couldn't pull it away from him. I finally started awake just as the meat cleaver came down on my right baby toe.
My alarm goes off in 20 minutes, but there is is no way in hell I'm going back to sleep after that.
