eveglassToday's breadcrumb is about trading teams.
Yesterday was very chill. I didn't do particularly much, especially not much by the way of productive work.
Game last night was good. My character bought two trinkets on a foreign planet, and before the game was over they had revealed themselves to be energy-drainers and had sucked the life-force completely out of two crew-members (including the captain) and severely weakened two more. Did I mention my character is a doctor, and just earlier in the game she had been railing against another character, who last game had been involved in some torture? What goes around, comes around, I suppose. Good game, anyway.
My mind was reeling after the game and I just couldn't quiet it down long enough to get to sleep. Marc stayed over for a while and hugged me while I tried, ever so slowly, to fall into unconsciousness. My boyfriend is awesome.
Today: dentist appointment, lesson planning, Avatar watching with Ian, sleep. This is the plan.
