Life lessons from the dojo

Okay, I'm a bit late on this one, but better late than never, right? In my defence, I took an elbow shot to the soft joint of my wrist, which hurt quite a bit. (Not enough to stop me from typing, but enough to make me whine a lot to my boyfriend.)
