Ten minutes to go
Jun. 18th, 2007 09:08 amI got a call on Friday asking me to come in to teach for an hour and a half today. It's not a real class, but more a way to keep the students occupied while they're being assessed. Apparently they've got one exercise and an 8-minute video for me. It'll do. It's not supposed to be particularly formal today, so we're probably just going to talk a lot about Montreal, their home countries, etc. In the afternoon, I'm apparently leading an hour-and-a-half walking tour around Montreal. I don't know the route, but apparently it's pre-typed for me. I hope.
Otherwise, yesterday was more-or-less a write-off in terms of productivity. I got one or two things done, and spent some time with Ian, Rob, and Kristen, but otherwise I didn't get much done. Hopefully I'll have a chance to do stuff this evening.
Incidentally, for those who care, this is my latest online addiction. Unfortunately (curses!) it's not available for Mac, so I'm stuck playing this older version, which is less good, but at least it keeps my twitching fingers at bay.
All right. That's it for now. TTFN.
