Monday again
Apr. 30th, 2007 08:39 amHere I am on a Monday morning, surprisingly finished all my prep work with a half-hour to spare before I need to leave the house. What on Earth am I going to do with all that time? Why, LJ of course!
So. Yesterday was for the most part unproductive. I managed to get a litle walking in, a trip to the library (where, surprisingly again, they actually had a few new books I wanted to read), and came home just in time for people to show up for character creation. My friend Eric is starting up a short MIB-style game (not based on the movie, but based on the "secret government agency" feel). The cast of characters so far looks like an ex-priest who's lost his faith (Ian), a martial artist (Jeff), a former forensics expert (Sam), and a gadgeteer (me). Should be fun.
Today's lesson is mostly going to be off-the-cuff, based mostly on what students want to do. It's the halfway mark in the course, so we're doing a general review. Nice and relaxed, hopefully.
Reading back through the last two paragraphs, I realize I'm just babbling now, so I'll sign off for the time being. TTFN.
