First, apologies to people waiting for the next Daily Breadcrumb. I promise that I'll have a new essay out at some point tomorrow. Life has been busy this week.

So. Lesson planning this morning actually went quite quickly -- a half-hour for both classes. I'm doing something I probably shouldn't be doing (ie: redoing essentially the same lesson three times, for three different levels), but I don't care. It makes my life easier, and my students aren't complaining. And it means I've now got an hour an a half to clean my room -- something I've been intending to do for at least several weeks.

In terms of the renewed job hunt, yesterday I: 1. handed in my CV, in-person, in reply to a (secretarial) job posting at Dawson; 2. uploaded my CV to the CBC job bank; 3. renewed my CV on monster.ca. Yes, I realize it's a slow start, but hopefully it'll pick up steam soon. I have high hopes for tomorrow, when I don't need to be teaching and thus can devote myself to this sort of stuff.

And, to compensate for the lack of anything interesting today: The Gaian Tarot, an utterly beautiful deck. It's well worth a look to go check out the pictures.

Edited, 10:40 am: My room is now, at least comparatively, clean. I vacuumed, dusted, and swept. You don't want to see some of the stuff that I found when I swept. I think we graduated from dust bunnies to dust elephants. Yuck!
