CELTA day 2 -- lunch break
Oct. 17th, 2006 12:13 pmIt's amazing what an extra half-hour of sleep will do for one's state of mind.
In this morning's classes (ie: training for the teachers-in-training) we covered 1. some practical classroom-management skills (especially how to give instructions) and 2. lesson planning.
( Thoughts on that )
In completely unrelated news, it is frustrating to try to figure out the control panels to set up US-layout keyboards on these computers. It took me about ten minutes. But at least now I know where it is for next time.
So, this evening I'm tutoring at 5:45 and will probably be going home afterwards. If you see me on MSN tonight, feel free to say "hi."
