Exciting!

Four fire trucks with lights flashing are parked across the street. They don't seem to be rushing, though. I hope it's nothing serious.

(I wonder if I should get dressed, just in case we're evacuated.)

Edited to add: Looks like less than five minutes after they got here, they're leaving again. Maybe they got the wrong building? (How embarrassing!)

It's possible, though I saw neither police cars nor ambulances, so I'm not sure what kind of 911 call it would have been.

Anyway, they're long gone now. Hopefully they were of service wherever they were needed.
