Ow.

I started in on the one hundred pushups training program yesterday. Apparently, doing 41 pushups gives me delayed onset muscle soreness. Who'd a thunk it?

Hopefully it gets better by tomorrow, when I do day #2 of the training program!

I'm doing the challenge w/ wall pushups! I'm on week three. I can now do two regular pushups... probably could have done more, but, my wrists were acting up.

Do the program doing whatever you *can* do. You WILL feel it, and, you will get stronger.
