Hundred push-ups challenge, two weeks in
So I finished week 2 of the hundred push-ups challenge yesterday and just did the exhaustion test to place me for week 3. I can now do about 24 push-ups with good form. I could probably force myself to do a few more, but my form would slip. So that places me firmly in column two for week three, which is about where I thought I would be. All is well.
