23 hours

I lasted just over 23 hours before I absolutely had to eat something. It wasn't so much hunger as fatigue and my body telling me, "you're really being stupid."

So I had some juice and a cookie, and I'll wait until up fasten at Marc's aunts before I have anything else. Already, I'm feeling much better.

23 hours is very tough to do--well done. I remember when I did a 24-hour fast, by the last two hours I was so tired and lethargic, I had to sleep to make it to the end (thus feeling kinda like I took the easy way out).
