Good morning!

Another morning, another day. Character creation for Ian's game last night was a lot of fun. This is the first time I'm playing a character quite this caught up in superficial appearance (she's a teen model), so it should be interesting.

Okay... I realize that there's nothing of real interest in this post. Therefore, a question:

Is anyone who reads this on Twitter? If so, would you please tell me if there's more to it than this video makes it out to be? Because looking at this video, it seems pretty dumb.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. If you took everything away from facebook but the status update part, you'd have it.

That said, it can be both addictive and interesting. I also know of at least one artist who is using it as an interesting narrative medium.

Hm... between blogs, lj, facebook, email, etc., I can't see how Twitter could add anything to the noise. On the other hand, I've never really liked the "I had a bagel for breakfast" blogs, so I may be biased.
