Fondue party wrap-up

I hereby declare yesterday's fondue party to be an unconditional success. I didn't count, but at its peak I think we had 20-25 people, we consumed over 3 pounds of chocolate, and we had far more dip-ables than we knew what to do with (including the utterly brilliant idea of croissants, credit to my coworker Tony). We played some hilarious round of Baron Munchausen, featuring such remarkable takes as Vicount Marc's battle with a giant alligator and Sir Fox's recovery of the Land of Ice Cream and Candy. We also had a few rounds of Boggle, Betrayal at the House on the Hill, and Settlers. Oh, and I got to play with a baby.

All things considered, an absolutely wonderful way to pass one's 27th birthday.

I'm glad you had a wonderful birthday. I would have loved to have been there for the festivities, and think I may have to co-opt this fondue party idea.

It was great fun and I'm sorry I wasn't able to stay during the evening.
