Birthday thank-yous!
When all was said and done, 18 people joined me in seeing Shrek 3 last night. Despite what others might say, I really enjoyed the movie, and the company made it even better. Thanks, everyone, for coming out and wishing me a happy quarter-century!
Also thanks to the people who showed up afterwards to Hatterz, especially those who bought me (and other people) drinks. I left early, but I had fun regardless.
Earlier in the day, I witnessed a car accident and a guy in a crazy balloon hat -- though not at the same time. I have pictures of both, which I might be convinced to put online at some point in the near future.
The day ended with a call from Marc in Nevada. I like calls from Marc.
Now, to play on my computer and prepare for the metro party tonight. You're invited if you want to come: 9 pm, Snowdon blue line towards St. Michel, last car on the left. Bring a costume, decorations, or speakers for music.
